Muffler Men were made by International Fiberglass in Venice California between 1963-72. There are hundreds scattered throughout the country. This one is styled as a lumberjack and towers over a VFW tank and chamber of commerce log cabin next to the band shell on the main drag of "The Only Wabeno in the world."
